Paris took to her twitter account after the incident saying “Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi,” she then Tweeted. “They are literally insane!” As the couple were surrounded by the videographers and photographers its not to anyones surprise that Cy Waits hit and run was caught on video.
