Shia LaBeouf and Carey Mulligan have officially called it quits. Shia and Carey first linked together after being spotted sucking faces in NYC in August 2009.
Since the split, Mulligan has been in L.A. shooting the indie film Drive, opposite Ryan Gosling. She’s been staying at the Best Western Hollywood Hills Hotel nearby.
Carey joked to People magazine at yesterday’s Hollywood Film Awards in L.A., “I don’t know why people are so down on the Best Western,” “They have the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had.”
Yeah, I also like the Best Western myself. It’s never good to write about break ups but look at Halle Berry, what do they call it? One door closes another one opens!
Shia will be back as Sam Witwicky in Transformers 3, this time there’s no Megan Fox but we have gorgeous Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Transformers won’t be hitting theaters till early next summer but heck time flies, doesn’t it?
