Anne Hathaway and James Franco will be serving as co-hosts of the upcoming Oscars, The 83rd Acadamy Awards on February 27,2011. (Hathaway by the way will not appear nude unlike in her flick “Love & Other Drugs.”)
Oscar producers have just announced that “James Franco and Anne Hathaway personify the next generation of Hollywood icons— fresh, exciting and multi-talented. We hope to create an Oscar broadcast that will both showcase their incredible talents and entertain the world on February 27. We are completely thrilled that James and Anne will be joining forces with our brilliant creative team to do just that.”
A big change from last year’s Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin. I guess it’s good to see younger A-listers serving the big hosting duties for a change! Wow! 2010 is almost over!
