Bristol Palin said prayers got her through Dancing With The Stars. Palin is very happy finishing third on Dancing with the Stars season 11. It was not an easy ride for young Palin. She was plagued with controversies with judges consistently giving her lower scores but fans’ voting had kept her in the competition all along.
There were death threats and even a threatening package arriving at the CBS studios where the reality show is broadcast.
Bristol said it was faith which got her through this and she prayed a lot and relied on God.
Bristol told People magazine after the finale, “It is faith that got me through this and just praying all the time and just relying on God and knowing that He is on our side and we’ll get through this.”
Palin says she learned a lot from the DWTS experience not just about dancing. “Just persevere, have confidence in whatever you do and be willing to go try new things,” she said. “I’ve grown so much as a person.”
Her partner Mark Ballas said now that the competition is over, it’s time to celebrate, ”We’re getting on the private jet with the rest of the couples and we’re going to have a party.”
I believe strongly in prayers. We write celebrity gossips but we are very celebrity friendly. I myself believe it’s bad karma to badmouth celebs (in fact anyone) just because sometimes there’s something to pick on. As a matter of fact, there’s always something to pick on, isn’t it?
As for Bristol, we are so frekking proud of you!
