Ugh. Now it seems Jessica Simpson may have even paid for her own engagement ring. Sources close to the singer are speculating that it was Simpson‘s credit card that purchased the $100K ruby and diamond-encrusted ring. What is Eric Johnson doing to earn his keep in this relationship (he must be amazing in bed!).
While we reported yesterday that Simpson isn’t so keen on the idea of a prenuptial agreement, she might actually be footing the bill for, well, just about everything.
“First, we find out that Jessica doesn’t want to have a prenup, and now we find out that she might have paid for her own ring. It just doesn’t feel right to me,” a family friend tells Popeater. “We all want Jessica to be happy and finally find true love after all she has been through, but she doesn’t understand that in the long run if she pays for everything it will hurt her relationship with any man.”

“after all that she has been through…”… um, what has she been through? she divorced someone. This happens thousands of times a day. Nobody was raped robbed or murdered. She hasnt “gone” through anything other people havent gone through. She is a hot mess.
