Kanye West has pulled out of his Today Show performance. Kanye was scheduled to perform the day after Thanksgiving, but is shunning the TV show after his little spat with Matt Lauer earlier this week. As you all recall, Kanye West got his feelings for hurt over something and has now launched a cascade of Twitter rants against the show.
So Kanye hopped on his twitter again today and wrote:
“I’m not performing on the Today Show for obvious reasons. I don’t hate Matt Lauer. We don’t promote hate. That’s the whole point!!! I promote love and truth! … All positive energy … all smiles. Much love to Matt and the whole Today Show.”
West also tweeted that he accepts Matt Lauer‘s apology in advance. For the record, Lauer doesn’t intend to apologize about anything.
