Ashton Kutcher wants to sue adult film company Vivid for using his name to sell an X-rated flick of his alleged mistress Brittany Jones. This past fall, Star magazine broke the news that Ashton Kutcher was caught with his pants down screwing 21-year-old Brittany on he and wife Demi Moore‘s couch.
While Ashton and Demi seem unaffected by the tabloid frenzy, Jones is trying to cash in on her 15 minutes by releasing a porn video through Vivid Entertainment. Vivid is hoping to sell copies by peddling the tape as one that stars a woman Ashton Kutcher enjoyed.
This, understandably, made Kutcher angry. He had his lawyers fire off a letter to the company threatening legal action for “trading on Mr. Kutcher’s good name and reputation for a commercial purpose.”
