Christina Aguilera has fallen in love with her new guy, Matthew Rutler! Maybe not exactly “in love” but “there’s love there” as Christina has admitted in her recent interview.
Although it has merely been six weeks since Aguilera announced her divorce but she’s has already fallen for her new guy, Matthew who worked as a set assistant for her new movie “Burlesque.”
Christina opens up to People magazine about her split from husband Jordan Bratman and also revealed that she’s fallen for her new beau.
When asked if she is in love, Aguilera said: “There’s a love there, yes. I’m having fun, I’m dating and it’s something I haven’t had in a really long time.”
Aguilera has now admitted that they started dating right after she filed for divorce.
“Matthew is a special person. We had a really strong friendship on the movie,” she said. “He’s the kind of person you could spend hours on the phone talking to and all of a sudden it’s daylight.
“Once I filed for divorce, we started dating. I’m not trying to jump into anything. I just left a five-year marriage. I’m taking it slow and trying to be happy.”
As for getting married again..
“Wholeheartedly. I know one day I’ll be able to feel that again for someone. That idea will never die.”
That’s the spirit. It’s important to have fun! Now that clearly explains why Christina has been looking so happy lately, doesn’t it?
