Dr. Drew says he’s sorry for calling Angelina Jolie a heroin addict. A few days ago, Dr. Drew thought it would be nice to grab a headline or two and talked to Huffington Post about how he thinks Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are an explosive, possibly drug addicted couple who are bound to split in a venomous way.
Well, something or someone set him straight and Dr. Drew is certainly eating his words now.
“Literally as though one was speculating, just going through an exercise of speculation and not some sort of analysis that was supposed to be factual or for public discourse… I could not be more upset and disturbed that these things were printed as though I was making some sort of categorical analysis of people I really don’t know.
… “I wish them the best, I hope they do well, enjoy the holidays with their kids and have a nice time. I wish them no ill, believe me… I’m sorry these comments were taken out of context and made public,” he added.
Hmmmmm. Something’s fishy. Who talks to HuffingtonPost and speculates about the health of Brangelina and expects it to not go public? Sure, Dr. Drew. Suure.
