Lindsay could face six months of jail time for refusing to take a breathalyzer test. LiLo allegedly refused to take the test while was caught sneaking back into her rehab, Betty Ford on December 12. Not good!
If the allegation is indeed true, LiLo could hand herself back in jail but this time for a good six-month!
“Judge Fox made it very clear to Lindsay: a dirty test, or a refusal to submit to a test, would be counted and considered as a dirty test,” a source told Radar Online.
“Lindsay is in very, very big trouble. It’s very likely Judge Fox will haul her into court in the next week to deal with this,” the source added.
Lohan eventually took an alcohol test — and passed it but that’s on the morning after the incident.
RadarOnline also learned that police are investigating a claim by Dawn Holland, the fired worker at the rehab center, that Lindsay pushed her. Holland also claims that Lindsay threw a phone at her and yanked another phone out of her hand, injuring her.
Holland was fired for breaching patient confidentiality by talking to TMZ, she got roughly $10, 000 – $15,000 for the interview.
