Don’t freak out just yet..sources say she was NOT smoking marijuana.
A source connected with Miley tells TMZ that the smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California.
The video was shot during a party at Miley’s L.A. home 5 days after her 18th birthday.
As for the video, the source tells TMZ that it was shot by one of Miley’s friends and the theory is someone stole or copied the video from that friend’s camera.
Miley says into the camera, “I’m having a little bit of a bad trip,” then she kept asking her friend, “Is that a Liam look-alike – is that my boyfriend?” “Is that me tripping? Does that look like Liam at all?”
Miley could not stop giggling.
