Snooki’s New Years Eve plans – you know to be dropped in glass ball during the annual Times Square celebration – have been cancelled. Curiously, it doesn’t appear that Snooks got permission for her human cannonball routine and the whole thing was just a clever ruse for publicity.
A spokesperson for the Times Square Alliance said:
“It was never intended or requested for Snooki to be in the actual New Year’s Eve Ball in Times Square,” officials say. “We would not consider this to be an appropriate integration into this historical event and the iconic Waterford Crystal Times Square Ball.”
Thank God someone is still respectful of tradition!
