Is Brad Pitt slated to star as John Lennon in a new movie? Ugh. Benjamin Button is one thing, but John Lennon? Eh – Is Brad Pitt a good fit as the Beatle?
Supposedly, Brad Pitt‘s production company is interested in producing a film about the musician’s life. Brad, of course, would love to play Lennon and (shockingly) Yoko Ono signed off on this and gave the yet unnamed project her blessing.
“Brad already has a writer working on the script. And Yoko has given the project her blessing so long as it’s true to John’s life.”
Yeah, OK, I’m all for a John Lennon movie but is Brad Pitt really the best pick? He’s too tall and strapping for one.
I think Robert Pattinson (the rumor last year) would be a better pick, honestly.
