Chris Brown would like the restraining order granted against him after the Rihanna beating removed. Almost two years ago to the day Chris Brown pummeled Rihanna after the couple had an argument and the singer was charged with a restraining order, five years probation, community service and 52 weeks of domestic abuse counseling.
Brown‘s lawyer insists that he’s completed the 52 weeks of counseling and that it’s only fair the restraining order be removed. His team argues that the two entertainers will have to be in the same room at the same time due to awards season that’s approaching.
No decision has been made on the matter, however, with Brown being forced to file the motion at a different time. We’ll keep you posted!

It seems like its been long enough. It should be removed now, it doesn’t seem like he is a threat to her any longer.
