David Arquette checked into rehab! Arquette is in for alcohol and depression. Arquette who separated from his wife of 11-year, Courteney Cox, 46, has been having trouble managing the separation.
A source told People magazine recently that, “he’s just not handling this situation well.” “He’s really depressed.”
“He is in there for drinking and depression, not hard drugs. Rehab was inevitable,” says the source. “He is dealing with a broken heart. He can’t handle all the changes in his life. All his inner demons came out.”
During a recent interview on Howard Stern’s radio show, Arquette, 39, said he’s seeing a psychologist once a week whom believed David was having a “nervous breakdown,” and David did confessed that he’d been drinking a lot.
“Everybody’s worried and concerned about me,” he added during the interview. “When I drink, I become a maniac.”
It’s good that he’s seeking help. We wish David a speedy recovery.
