Lindsay Lohan could very well find herself with a nasty assault charge this month. While it looked for a minute that Lohan wouldn’t get charged for maybe or maybe not physically assaulting a Betty Ford worker last month, the case has been brought to the Riverside County district attorney’s office for further investigation.
At press time the office was still waiting on more materials to be brought before the judge.
It seems investigators are suspicious that Lohan refused to take a Breathalyzer on the night of December 12th after shoving worker Dawn Holland.
While Lindsay‘s legal team plans to fight this until the bitter end, the result of her defiance may, in fact, land her in jail once again.
