The couple celebrated New Year’s Eve at Russian billionaire, Roman Abramovich’s New Year’s Eve party along with many other celebrities including Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Transformers 3 star, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and boyfriend Jason Statham.
Courteney Cox has spoken regarding her estranged husband’s decision to check himself into rehab. Cox said she really admires David and his choice to take charge and Courteney also said she loves and supports him.
“I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life,” Courteney tells People magazine. “I love and support him.”
Arquette, 39, and the Cougar Town star, 46, separated in October. David is dad to their 6-year-old daughter Coco. A source has told People recently that David hasn’t been handling the separation well and he’s been really depressed.

A source told People magazine recently that, “he’s just not handling this situation well.” “He’s really depressed.”
“He is in there for drinking and depression, not hard drugs. Rehab was inevitable,” says the source. “He is dealing with a broken heart. He can’t handle all the changes in his life. All his inner demons came out.”
