SETH ROGEN Biography
Funny and multi-talented Seth Rogen is a Canadian comedian, screenwriter, voice artist, film producer, and actor. His career started as a stand-up comedy for four years during his teens, coming in second place in the Vancouver Amateur Comedy Contest in 1998. While living in his hometown, Vancouver, he landed a supporting role in Freaks and Geeks.
After a being a successful staff writer on the final season of Da Ali G Show, for which Rogen and the other writers received an Emmy nomination, he was advised by film producer Judd Apatow to go for a film career. Making entertainment news worldwide, Rogen was cast in a major supporting role and credited as a co-producer in Apatow’s directorial debut, The 40-Year-Old Virgin. After well-earned critical praise for his performance, he has earned himself leading roles in films including Knocked Up and Funny People. Rogen has voiced characters in the films Horton Hears a Who!, Kung Fu Panda, Monsters vs. Aliens, and other movies thanks to his unique voice.
