Rumor has it that Anne Hathaway and Gwyneth Paltrow both raked in hefty amounts of money just by wearing jewelry to the Oscars. Gwyneth Paltrow who wore both Calvin Klein and Michael Kors to the event is said to have gotten paid a whopping $500, 000 to wear earrings, a brooch and ring from Louis Vuitton’s “L’Ame du Voyage” collection.
Hathaway on the other hand was paid $750,000 to wear Tiffany & Co. jewelry. Must be nice, right?
Wow. Just wow. Doesn’t that mid-six figure range seem like A LOT of money to wear jewelry from established brands? Just think how much more productive our world would be if Tiffany and Louis Vuitton donated all that cash to charity.
