Ashlee Simpson Files for Divorce
Ashlee Simpson filed for divorce! Ashlee has just filed for divorce from Pete Wentz. Simpson and Pete allegedly have no prenup agreement!
In documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Simpson cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.
Ashlee is asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their two-year-old Bronx as well as spousal and child support.
Ashlee married married Fall Out Boy Bassist/lyricist Pete Wentz in May 2008. The couple has a two-year-old son together, Bronx Mowgli Wentz.
Somehow we saw this one coming…
