Jaime Pressly entered a not guilty plea to the DUI charge and then jetted off the party in Las Vegas! Girl must think she has an awesome lawyer to get her out of all those charges! Jaime must forget that the breathalyzer machine doesn’t lie…and why would you keep partying after the fact?
Jaime blew a .22 blood alcohol level. That’s more than double the legal limit, close to three times. In some states, she would be facing super drunk charges. But Jaime denied them.
The “My Name Is Earl” actress was pulled over Jan. 5 and allegedly clocked a blood alcohol content level almost three times the legal limit. On Tuesday, she was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.20% or greater, according to L.A. Now.
Pressly was required to post $15,000 bail instead of the $5,000 typical in a DUI case — in line with the high BAC alleged by police.
It seems that Jaime might need to get a little more help than from just a lawyer. Rehab? Jaime has a three year old son she needs to look out for! Do you think she will have a hard time finding a new job to star in with her tax and DUI troubles?
