After years of weight yo-yoing Jessica Simpson is ready to lose the weight for good so she can look svelte at her upcoming wedding. Simpson has been ridiculed over the years for piling on pounds and wearing clothes that aren’t flattering, but celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson says she’s on the verge of a “lifestyle change.”
So what’s Simpson‘s workout regime to get in blushing bride shape?
“She wants to look healthy,” Anderson tells the new issue of Us Weekly. “After a few weeks of 75-minute, four-day-a-week workouts, “she’s seeing results,” says a pal. “She really loves it. She thinks it’s so much fun.”
When do you predict Simpson and Eric Johnson will tie the knot? Summer?
