Jon Cryer didn’t tweet messages about his show being cancelled. Jon doesn’t even have a Twitter account! Jon’s rep issued the statement saying his client did not say anything about the situation regarding Charlie Sheen or their show on the Internet.

Someone else created the fake Jon Cryer Twitter account and made posts.

On Saturday, reports circulated that Cryer had posted a message on Twitter saying he was “shocked” that his hit CBS sitcom had been “axed,” but it wasn’t the actor.

A rep for Cryer tells PEOPLE the account attributed to him is fake. “He’s not on Facebook or Twitter,” says the rep.

That’s funny. Who isn’t on the Internet these days, really? But anyway, why would you create a fake Jon page? Why not make a fake Charlie one and really stir things up!
