KATE GOSSELIN Biography
TV personality and real-life mother of eight, Kate Gosselin rose to fame starring on the reality hit show Jon and kate Plus 8. The show featured Kate and her ex-husband Jon Gosselin with their 8 young children: the twins and sextuplets. Jon and kate filed for divorce in June, 2009. After the couple’s split, the show has been renamed to Kate plus 8 and it features Kate as a single mom.
Since gaining recognition from her reality show, Kate has done a lot of other work including writing best-selling books, being a contestant on Dancing With The Stars, co-hosting The View.
Gosselin gave birth to twin girls, Cara Nicole and Madelyn Kate “Mady” in October, 2000. The then-couple used fertility treatment to get pregnant again because Kate was initially unable to conceive due to Polycystic ovary syndrome. Gosselin became pregnant again and she gave birth to sextuplets in May, 2004.
