Lindsay Lohan has officially been charged with felony grand theft. Late last month, Lohan waltzed out of a Venice Beach boutique wearing a $2,500 necklace. While she swears this is all a big misunderstanding, the owners of the store are in no mood and pressed charges. Today she was formally charged – so does this mean back to jail?
It’s very likely. Lohan is still on probation for a string of substance-abuse related charges and this latest trip to the court room could mean as much as three years in state prison.
So sad. Just when things were beginning to look up for Lohan – she’s now allegedly sober, may get a role in Superman – she has a whole new set of problems that all but force her in the public eye once again.

Oh please she wont see any jailtime…. the american legal system will have some loophole she will fall thru yet again…. or she will do a Paris and plead sickness and depression to get home detention or something…… id bet my first born she wont get punished
