Contrary to what we reported earlier, Lindsay Lohan has missed the bullet today and won’t be charged with a felony count of grande theft. Sure, she’s probably guilty – but the court has some “housekeeping” issues to take care of before she’s formally charged.
The official words from a “source connected to the situation”:
“Charges will be filed against Lindsay this week. There are just some minor housekeeping issues to get ironed out on the case before it’s filed.”
For those of you who haven’t been keeping up, Lindsay Lohan visited a high-end Los Angeles boutique on January 22nd and swiped a $2, 500 necklace. LiLo‘s camp swears she thought the necklace was given to her on loan and she wasn’t aware they were expecting money.
Not so, says the boutique.

Thats wacked! Lindsay should be treated like anyone else, she should have to follow the law like us all. Our system is so flawed!
