Prince Harry wants to propose to Chelsy Davy now. Harry and Chelsy have been on and off for seven years, and seeing how his brother Prince William and Kate Middleton are happy and in love, Harry has decided the time is right.
At least after William and Kate’s wedding,that is. Harry isn’t going to take away any spotlight from, so supposedly he is waiting to propose until after their party is over.
Prince William isn’t the only marriage-minded young royal. Back-on lovebirds Prince Harry, 26, and Chelsy Davy, 25, are now getting so serious, he wants to tie the knot with her as soon as possible after his older brother and his fiancee Kate Middleton say their “I do”s this April.
“Harry hopes to announce his engagement to Chelsy a few months after Will’s wedding,” an insider says.
Although Harry and Chelsy have split several times during their seven-year relationship, he’s certain she’s The One, the insider adds.
That is kinda sweet, isn’t it? His brother is getting married and now he wants to settle down too…are yu buying it?

not gonna happen. First of all they break up every other month and Harry has publicly said he will never get engaged intill he is done with his military career
