David Beckham’s libel suit against In Touch Magazine has been tossed out. The judge on the case in LA didn’t feel there was enough evidence to continue on with the multi-million libel suit. David and Victoria Beckham have both been successful with libel cases in the past.
David vows he will appeal, because he feels the information about him and a hooker is damaging to his reputation. He says he will keep going until he has justice.
