Beyonce dropped her daddy Matthew Knowles from managing her career. Beyonce says the change isn’t because of a family feud or anything like that – simply a change. Hmmmm. What caused the change though? No family feud of course except he fathered a lovechild.. Did that add up to some hard feelings?
Beyonce made a nice statement, but is there more behind the decision?
Matthew Knowles has managed his daughter’s career since her early days in the business, including her time spent as part of the hit singing group Destiny’s Child as a teenager.
However, just because the two are parting ways professionally doesn’t mean there is any sort of family drama going on behind the scenes that caused the split.
“He is my father for life and I love my dad dearly,” the singer said in a statement, adding that she and her father are separating only “on a business level.”
There isn’t a whole lot mentioned about that baby he fathered a year ago, is there? I wonder if that played a teensy part in her separation? Do you think her dad is just getting closer to wanting to retire?
