Britney Spears has another lawsuit on her hands. Britney is being sued by her partners in the perfume business for $1o million dollars. They claim her and her father are in breach of contract.
Britney hasn’t commented, but she has all kinds of lawsuits thrown at her it seems. It stinks being a rock star!
Spears and her father, Jamie, are accused of cutting Brand Sense Partner, LLC. out of commission it’s owed on a perfume deal it brokered for the pop star with Elizabeth Arden. Brand Sense and Spears renegotiated their original 2003 deal last year but the brand marketing company is now claiming the new agreement violates the original.
In fact, they claim Spears and her father acted secretly to cut them out of the deal.
Hmmmm….I smell something here! Ha. Do you think leaving the partners out of the contract was on purpose or overlooked? Britney hasn’t had good luck these last couple of days…
