Lindsay Lohan now refuses to accept a plea deal with jail time. Regardless of the fact Judge Meyers has made it very clear that LiLo won’t walk away from her grand theft felony charge with doing some time behind bars, LiLo is making it clear that she has no intention of ever going to jail.
SIGH! Throw her in the clinker and lose the key, already. Even I’m tiring of all this nonsense. Anyway, TMZ.com reports:
“She doesn’t care what kind of deal Holley gets — if there is ANY jail time involved, she wants no part of it. We’re told Lindsay wants to go to trial and believes the surveillance tape will clear her name.”
