Lindsay Lohan could go to jail tomorrow! It’s likely that the judge will find LiLo to have violated her probation as she heads back to cout tomorrow and she could go to jail immediately!
There will not be a plea deal as we expected, Lilo’s attorney Shawn Holley has just left the judge’s chambers. TMZ has learnt that Holley wanted to see what sentence the judge would hand down if Lindsay pled guilty to felony grand theft.
Prosecutor Danette Meyers wanted Lindsay to get 6 months jail time but Holley was hoping the judge would make a better offer. Apparently that didn’t happen.
Lindsay will be back in court tomorrow and Judge Keith Schwartz has assigned the case to Judge Stephanie Sautner for trial. Judge Sautner will hold a preliminary hearing and sources involved in the case are virtually certain that the judge will find Lindsay to have violated her probation and she will go immediately to jail while awaiting trial.

Lindsay will have a hard time avoiding jail this time because the judge was pretty clear about her violating her probation. Sad thing is that she doesn’t belong in jail… she’s like many young people these days.. sadly troubled because of her drug abuse.
