Michael Lohan allegedly viciously attacked his ex Kate Major and was arrested for domestic violence last night. Didn’t Michael just finish a stint in rehab for anger management? What is going on with him and the girlfriend? Dr. Drew is not going to be happy about this!
Michael was picked up in Beverly Hills after his girlfriend had visible marks on her body. She made the call to police herself after Michael left their home.
Law enforcement sources tell us … Lohan’s girlfriend filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department between 9:30 and 10:00 PM tonight … claiming they got into an argument that turned physical … and she had some visible marking from the alleged incident.
Cops went out and tracked down Lohan — and arrested him on suspicion of domestic violence.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Lohan will be charged with domestic violence, false imprisonment, preventing the reporting of victimization.
False imprisonment? What in the world was Michael doing? And who in their right mind would date this man with his record?
