James Franco’s rep has come out and said he was not stoned during the Oscar broadcast. There has been much criticism of James and his whole awards persona and the latest claim was that he was stoned and did not care what happened during the awards.
His rep came out and issued a denial last night. There was also comments that Anne Hathaway and James are friends and do not hate each other, contrary to other reports.
Friends are supposedly begging Christina Aguilera to enter rehab. In what was rumored to have been one of the best kept secrets, they say the cat is now out of the bag since Jordan Bratman cannot keep her hidden anymore. She’s flubbed the National Anthem, slipped at the Grammys and now has public drunkenness on her record.
It was a few weeks ago that the rumors came out that Christina threatened to fire anyone on staff if they suggested rehab. Maybe they are more bold with their statements now?
Charlie Sheen’s twins were taken in the night by the LAPD and given back to their mother, Brooke Mueller. Yesterday proved to be a crazy day in the Sheen world, after it seemed things would be settling down. But then he brought his goddesses to an interview, got on Twitter and spent some more time with lawyers.

Charlie’s ex Brooke Mueller alleged Charlie said, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom” as she submitted a declaration to the judge who temporarily stripped of Charlie’s custody of his twin sons earlier today!
According to TMZ.com, Brooke’s lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender their twin boys Bob and Max to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect. Police removed the twins from Charlie’s house late Tuesday.
Charlie Sheen and his two live-in goddesses/girlfriends all sleep in his bedroom! His goddesses as he calls them: porn star Bree Olson and pot queen Natalie Kenly who also help him take care of his young sons share his bedroom together!
Charlie goes into details with Howard Stern earlier today about his sleeping arrangements with his goddesess. Oh don’t worry they all sleep in separate beds… not really.. but sort of. He gets to pick which bed he sleeps in.
