Charlie is prohibited from having weapons at home under the restraining order obtained by his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller. Cops are now inside Charlie’s pad searching for firearms and ammunition.
Law enforcement told TMZ that the police are not trying to place Charlie on a 5150 psychiatric hold as an earlier report suggested.
