BROOKE MUELLER is back in rehab. We reported Mueller had refused to take a drug test last Friday and we also reported her buying crack off the street.. Go figure..
Mueller has check herself back in rehab following a crazy week of binging; sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.
It was a giveaway when Mueller refused a drug test Friday which was mandatory as part of her custody settlement with her baby daddy, Charlie Sheen.
Sheen’s lawyers are going to court on Tuesday. This doesn’t look good.
Woman you got to clean up your act, you’ve got two very young babies very much needing their mother.
