Just want to give you the heads up that Funny or Die has just been bought by Rebecca Black. After turning down AOL’s $306-million offer- as well as other unnamed offers from media and technology companies – Internet sensation Rebecca Black has emerged as the new Funny or Die owner. Effective immediately, the site will be renamed “Friday or Die”
“Friday belongs to me, and now Funny Or Die belongs to me,” said CEO of Friday Or Die, 13 year-old Rebecca Black, “I can’t be any more clear about this other than this – Yesterday was Thursday, Thursday, Today is Friday or Die-Day, Tomorrow is Saturday,” she added.
And today is April’s Fool day!
