Getting to the church:

Kate Middleton, bride-to-be will travel to Westminster Abbey by car, rather than horse-drawn carriage as William’s late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales did on her wedding day 30 years ago.

Westminster Abbey is over 700 years old and holds 2,200 people. Many royal weddings have taken place here, including Prince William’s grandma’s.

Prince Harry will be the best man and Kate’s sister Philippa “Pippa” will be her maid of honor.

Around 1,900 honorable guests have been invited to the main ceremony at Westminster Abbey.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds will travel back to Buckingham Palace in a horse-drawn five-carriage procession, along a set route which lined by Royal fans and well-wishers.

William’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, will host a luncheon reception at Buckingham Palace for around six hundred guests.

The soon-to-be married Prince and Princess will make a traditional public appearance on the balcony at Buckingham Palace before joining the reception. And surely we all expect a very romantic kiss.

At night, William’s father, Prince Charles, will host a dinner for three hundred guests consisting of close friends and family at Buckingham Palace.
