GWYNETH PALTROW covers the May issue of Self and complains to the magazine about all her body woes. PALTROW had never looked anything less from flawless on the red carpet and in her movies, but the actress swears she never considered herself to have a nice body.
Her biggest flaw? Below the waist, she says:
“I never thought that I’d be considered to have a good body. I was bony up top and kind of dumpy on the bottom. But my trainer, Tracy Anderson, completely changed my legs, butt, arms and stomach. I feel better than ever, too. When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was, like, ‘Yeah? Good luck. The amazing thing is, she was right! And it’s still changing!”
So how much work goes into changing Paltrow‘s “square” backside. She claims to do 45 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of strength training five days a week.
Whew. I got tired just writing that.
