KATY PERRY plans to use Australian tabloid New Weekly after the publication claimed she had an affair with her record producer, BENNY BLANCO. Perry and comedian Russell Brand tied the knot in India late last year and Perry claims she’s been faithful.
The magazine went on and printed that she was had a sexual relationship with Blanco and because of it, he brand new marriage to Brand was in trouble.
Furthermore, Perry says she has absolutely no recollection of knowing or meeting the magazine’s two sources: Angela Summers and Marlon David
According to the legal court documents, Perry was “gravely injured in her reputation and feelings (and) has suffered distress, embarrassment and humiliation.”
