LINDSAY LOHAN pre-taped her spot on tonight’s JAY LENO after deciding at the last minute to appear on the talk show to discuss her many, um, developments in the past few months. Last week was bittersweet for LiLo. Sure, she scored a role in an upcoming movie, but was also sentenced to 120 days in jail. You win some, you lose some.
There have been a few excerpts leaked from the highly anticipated interview, many of them revolving around Lindsay (once again!) talking about how she wants to change and has and blah blah.
“I think that when, you know, being young and being in the position I was in, you don’t really take the time to appreciate what you have and it’s all kind of a whirlwind, and people make decisions for you,” she replied. “But I’m not a kid anymore–I’m 24. I’ve made a lot of mistakes and I recognize that. I’m in the clear now, and as long as I stay focused, I can achieve what I want to achieve.”
As always, we’re rooting for Lindsay. But she makes it damn hard when it seem she just can’t stay out of trouble. Good luck, Linds!
