LINDSAY LOHAN was sentenced to 120 days in jail yesterday…and then released after a bondsman forked over the $75K needed to bail her out of Lynwood Correctional Facility. Does this all sound familiar? It should. This is LiLo‘s FIFTH mugshot, folks.
After the judge took pity on Lohan and reduced her felony sentence to misdemeanor, she threw the book at her for violating her probation and ordered that she spend 120 days in jail. She also must serve 480 hours of community service.
Apparently the judge didn’t buy Lindsay‘s testimony and instead chose to believe what she saw on the surveilleance tape, which was proof Lindsay clearly stole the necklace in question and tried to use her friend as a decoy.
Lohan‘s next pretrial date is May 11th, and the trial date is June 3rd, and the trial verdict will set the penalty for both the theft charge and the probation violation.
