Justin Bieber is up for many nominations for the upcoming 2011 Billboard 2011 Music Awards. No shocker there but Bieber is also up for the Best New Artist. What the heck? Hasn’t Justin been around for at least a couple of years now?
Besides Bieber some of the very predictable names are all up there: Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Usher.
The Billboard 2011 Music Awards will air live on May 22 on ABC.
