KATE MIDDLETON is already pregnant? Just a few weeks till the Royal Wedding, we are hearing that the Royal bride-to-be Middleton might well be knocked up by her prince charming already.
Star magazine reports that a palace tattletale told the magazine that Middleton might well be pregnant. There’ll to be a big announcement after the honeymoon. If it’s a girl, they will name her after William’s late mother, Diana.
