PRINCE WILLIAM is going BALD! William is on top of the world—he’s just married his long-time girlfriend Kate Middleton, the royal wedding was a resounding success, and he’s just gotten himself a new title: Duke of Cambridge. However, there is one thing that looms over the prince’s head (literally speaking): he is losing his hair.
The 28-year old prince has been losing his hair at quite an alarming rate, especially for his age. Apparently, hair loss runs in the family. Prince William can blame his father, Prince Charles, and his grandfather, Prince Philip, for his receding hairline and bald spot. Thankfully, Prince Harry—who is 2 years younger than his recently married brother—still has a full head of hair.
So what can Prince William do?
According to British trichologist Gary Heron:
“Considering his young age and the unpredictability of where his hair loss is going to end, his main priority should be to stabilize his situation… Some medications certainly have a track record of stopping the hair loss so long as the person continues to use (them).”
Maybe Prince William should give Rogaine a try. Or maybe he could just buy a whole lot of hats, just like his grandmother.
What do you think Prince William should do about his hair loss?
