REESE WITHERSPOON is voted The Favorite Celebrity Bargain Hunter by Bing’s users. In other words, fans think she’s the cheap skate or the celebrity who they think would be most likely to hunt for a good deal.
To celebrate the launch of Bing’s Mobile Deals on m.bing.com; the Microsoft decision engine asked fans “thrifty” questions about their favorite celebrities. Here are the highlights from that survey:
• When asked which celebrity they think would be mostly likely hunt for a good deal, 41% said Reese Witherspoon, followed by Sarah Jessica Parker (28%), Michelle Williams (12%), Alexa Chung (7%), Rachel Bilson (6%) and Whitney Port (6%).
• When asked which celeb’s clothing line they would most like to find a deal on, Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B. led the way with 27% of the respondents with Top Shop by Kate Moss following close behind at 23%. William Rast by Justin Timberlake received 19% of responses, Winter Kate by Nicole Richie received 17% and Elizabeth and James by Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen got 14%.
• When asked which celebrity kid’s style they would emulate for their own child, but for less money, Violet Affleck led the way with 32% of responses. The other responses included Suri Cruise (20%), Kingston Rossdale (18%), Shiloh Jolie-Pitt (15%), Harlow Richie-Madden (8%) and Mason Disick (7%).
