ANGELINA JOLIE is a world renowned sex symbol, man-stealer and actress – but do her kids find her funny? Not so much, she says. Jolie stars in the Kung Fu Panda movies and says her six children often have disparaging opinions about her work. So how’s that for a surprising bit of celebrity gossip?
She tells USA TODAY:
“They know when Mommy’s funny and when Mommy’s not funny. They’ll sit in a room and say, ‘That’s just not funny.’ ” I tell them, ‘I know you like [panda] Po [co-star Jack Black],’ ” she said. “‘But come on – Mom’s cool too, right?’
Another thing Jolie hates to hear? Her own voice.
“You know, when you hear your own voice, you can find it quite boring and uninteresting,” she says. “Suddenly, you get very shy that your voice is not enough, because I’m not musical and I don’t know my voice.”
