The latest Hollywood gossip is all agog at the news that ASHTON KUTCHER inked a deal for way less money than CHARLIE SHEEN did. Will the new booze-swiggling, womanizing, jingle-writing Charlie Harper get just a little more than half of what Sheen was receiving before he was fired for going all wacko on show creator, Chuck Lorre? Uh, Chuck…is it the hair?
Charlie was receiving a base pay of $1.25 million per episode on “Two and a Half Men”. Ashton will only be getting $900,000 per. But wait…
According to the latest Hollywood gossip:
“Ashton will NOT be playing the Charlie Harper character. He’ll be playing someone new, who comes into “Men” Malibu house.”
So its not the hair? Shame! Such is Chuck Lorre’s ire at Charlie “tiger blood” Sheen, he completely killed off the character. Will the show ever be the same again?
