BARRON HILTON, younger brother to famous socialites Nicky and Paris Hilton, is facing a lawsuit trial for a DUI incident where he allegedly injured a gas station worker with his car. Looks like breaking the law runs in the family, huh?
Recent celebrity news reveals that Barron is being accused of hitting a gas station worker named Fernando Telez with his car while he drove in circles at the Union 76 station in Malibu. Telez is currently seeking unspecified damages.
However, Telez did not ask to be taken to a hospital or to be given any type of medical attention on the day the alleged hit-and-run happened. A source close to the case says:
“…surveillance video from the day the arrest occurred will be very strong for Barron’s case. Fernando continued to work at the gas station for two months after Barron was arrested. Telez never filed for workman’s compensation, and then one day he just disappeared.”
Jeez… what’s up with these Hilton kids and breaking the law?
