Is BRITNEY SPEARS still the same crazy chick “mentally incapable” of testifying in court? The reason we’re asking is that word in celebrity news is Sam Lufti’s back in town. Sam who? Remember that former Britney-manager guy who fed her drugs while threatening to anoint his enemies’ graves in Lufti pee? Yes, that Sam Lufti.
Well, that venerable gentleman has resurrected his two-year-old lawsuit against Britney and her parents after Brit‘s father obtained a restraining order against him all those years ago. This year, he’s pushing the lawsuit forward and wants the Brit to testify in a deposition, to which Britney‘s parents responded she was “mentally incapable”.
Now Sam’s lawyers are demanding a psychiatric evaluation. So its either Britney‘s parents will either admit she isn’t legally retarded, or coax Britney to act all cuckoo all over again.
Well, sheez, Britney…are you coherent or not?
